How Possum Helps
Flexible Solutions for Every Care Environment

Infopager
Designed for health and care environments with on-site care teams, the Infopager brings alerts from multiple compatible telecare devices together on one easy-to-use hand-held portable device.
It can operate as a standalone local alerting solution or use its unique re-transmission technology to escalate alerts through a compatible carephone, helping ensure important events are communicated to the appropriate responder.
Smile Pendant
Lightweight, waterproof and comfortable to wear on either a velco wrist strap or round the neck, the Smile pendant has a permanent wireless connection to the base unit. In need of help, simply press the pendant for a few seconds to activate a call with the response team or alert a carer or family member via their pager. The pendant has a wireless range of up to 200m from the base unit so is ideal for use in a residential home.

Smile Fall Detector
Smile Fall is a wrist-worn device that monitors for movements associated with a hard fall. When a fall is detected, it automatically raises an alert through the connected system, helping carers, family members or a monitoring response service become aware that assistance may be required.
Designed for people with an identified risk of falling, Smile Fall provides an additional way to request support when the wearer may be unable to press a personal alarm button, supporting a timely and appropriate response.
