Formerly known as the Paper Thin Bed Sensor, BedSense is an ultra-thin occupancy sensor that provides timely notification when a person leaves or returns to their bed or chair. Positioned discreetly beneath the bed sheet or directly on the chair, its flexible, low-profile design minimises disruption to comfort while providing reliable occupancy monitoring.

Designed for hospitals, care homes, supported living and community care settings, BedSense connects with compatible Possum telecare and nurse call solutions. By alerting care teams to changes in bed or chair occupancy, it supports timely assistance, proactive management of falls risk and more responsive, person-centred care.
