Proud to be part of OTAC 2024!

Last week, Kat and David attended the OTAC (Occupational Therapy Adaptions Conference) at the Hilton in Newcastle. This was our first OTAC event in quite some years, however, certainly worth it!

Many of the OTs who attended didn’t know about the ECS team based in this area, so after speaking to Paula Nubley (Specialist OT) and Chris Richardson (Environmental Control Team Lead at Chad House), North East Assistive Technology Service, they allowed us to talk about their service in the presentation and for us to distribute their business cards, so here’s to some new case conferences, equipment sales, and installs!

We had a great conversation regarding a Freeway solution for a 100 year old blind lady and we will be working with Paula in providing a profiling bed connected to a Freeway, with bed occupancy sensors and other tailor made components.

We were delighted to be awarded a bronze glass trophy for our stand which was chosen by the event visitors!

Kat and Kirsty will be attending the Midlands OTAC on June 27th at Molineux stadium. OTAC is free to attend, therefore if you are interested in popping along to find out more about what we do, please visit the OTAC website below:
