Bed and Chair Control

Control a Profiling Bed or Chair from your environmental controller.

The Bed and Chair Control HC1823 enables access to a range of profiling Bed’s and Chair’s by adding an Infra-Red receiver without interfering with the existing handsets.

An additional cable set will be required to enable interfacing.

Our engineers will confirm if the appliance is compatible and determine which cable to use during an assessment visit.

The bed and chair controller can be operated using a Qwayo, NewFreeway or Primo+.

The HC1823 14 Way IR Relay Box is classified as a Class 1 (low risk) medical device, intended for use by physically disabled persons to control appliances or equipments in a domestic environment.

The unit may also be used within nursing homes and hospitals, providing adequate care is taken to ensure the safety of each particular installation.
